Multiple Vortex Tornado?

Tornadoes called "multiple vortex tornadoes" contain suction vortices. The vortices are much smaller and much more intense rotating columns of air embedded in the larger tornado funnel. This is supposed to be the explanation for why one house may be destroyed, while another may be left standing. Where the suction vortices hit, is where the most damage is done. The theory of multiple vortices was first proposed by the Godfatehr of tornado research, Dr. Ted Fujita (as in the Fujita scale of tornado damage- click here for more on that).

Here's a link to a good drawing of what suction vortices are, click here.
